Essential Qualifications:

Central Administrator -> Post Graduate in Social Work / Law Degree with minimum 05 Years Experience.

Case Worker -> Master in Social Work / Law Degree with minimum 03 Years Experience.

Legal Counsellor -> Graduate Degree in Law with 03 years experience.

Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery -> Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) registered with Haryana Nurse Registration Council. Minimum 03 Years experience.

Psycho Social Counselor -> Post Graduate in Clinical Psychology. 03 Years Experience in relevant area.

Computer Operator -> Graduate degree with Diploma in IT / Computer. 03 Years experience.

Multi Purpose Helper -> Minimum 8th Pass, not Matric. 03 Years working experience.

Security Guard -> Minimum 8th Pass with 02 Years working experience.

(1) Graduate Degree from any recognized University.
(2) 1 year Diploma / Certificate Basic (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet) with ease.

Programme Manager – State Adoption Resource Agency ->

(1) Retired College/ School Principal’ Officer of Social Welfare. W.C.D. Education and Health Department having experience of working for Child Development Care. (OR)
(2) Masters in Psychology with specialization in Child Psychology/ Masters in Child Development. Minimum 60% marks at Masters level.

Programme Officer – State Adoption Resource Agency ->

(1) Masters in Psychology with specialization in Child Psychology.
(2) Minimum 55% marks at Masters level.
(3) Experience of one year in Child Welfare/ Child Protection.
(4) Knowledge of Hindi upto Matric.
